UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's birthday today
Today is the 49th birthday of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Like every year, this time too, he will hold meetings as usual without any event. The Chief Minister does not celebrate birthdays anyway. Being a yogi, they also stay away from them. However, his millions of fans definitely wish him well. The CM was scheduled to go to Gorakhpur on Thursday evening but he canceled it and gave necessary instructions to the officials after holding a necessary meeting in the capital.
Along with the CM of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath is also the abbot of the famous Gorakhnath temple in Gorakhpur. He took oath as the 21st Chief Minister of UP after the Bharatiya Janata Party's major victory in the state assembly elections on 19 March 2017. Yogi Adityanath represented Gorakhpur Lok Sabha constituency on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket from 1998 to 2017 and was also elected as an MP in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. Adityanath is the successor of Avaidyanath, the former Mahant of Gorakhnath Temple. He is also the founder of Hindu Yuva Vahini, a social, cultural and nationalist group of Hindu youth, and his image is that of a strong nationalist leader.
Birthday greetings to UP’s dynamic and industrious CM, Shri @myogiadityanath Ji. Under his leadership the state is scaling new heights of progress across all sectors. There is a marked improvement in the lives of citizens. May Almighty bless him with a long and healthy life.
